In 1985, Jeff Mark and Scott Taylor founded Mark-Taylor with a dream to create exceptional communities that invite, inspire and feel like home.
Their focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail, as well as their ability to invoke trust, set Mark-Taylor apart in the multifamily industry.
After nearly 40 historic years, Mark-Taylor has grown to become the region’s longest-standing investment manager, developer and owner of Class-A communities. Each community exudes modern luxury and offers our signature 5-star standard of service. Throughout our infinite journey, people remain our highest priority. Mark-Taylor is a home to all - from residents and team members to business partners and clients, our organization runs on trusted relationships.
