An outdoor two-story lounge with bar and grill, a pickleball court, and a sunken outdoor courtyard give you room to unwind after a long day.

NIRO sits in the Mayo Corridor, close to Kierland and North Scottsdale, with Loop 101 putting the whole Valley within easy reach.

Refined Interiors
Every home is finished with chef-inspired kitchens, quartz countertops, and floor-to-ceiling glass, plus access to two resort-style pools, a fitness center with yoga studio, and a fourth-floor amenity lounge.
