Mark-Taylor received two generous accolades from the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) at the 2021 Tribute Awards. Annually, the Tribute Awards honor and celebrate multifamily professionals and communities for their outstanding performance in Arizona.
The Local, a brand-new luxury Mark-Taylor community in Tempe, was awarded Best Community Team (2013-2020) for exceptional property management and resident service. Ashley Tran, Managing Director at Mark-Taylor, was also honored as Property Supervisor of the Year for her second time.
