Our second annual Community Team Appreciation Week brought together our community and corporate team members in Arizona and Nevada to connect, encourage each other, and enjoy good company. This week-long event included team-building activities, luncheons and company-wide events. Two highlights from the week included:

Service Day: Each year, our corporate team members partner up with our Facilities & Service teams to pitch in on community maintenance for the day. Collaboratively, they work together to service our communities during one of the busiest times of the year and in the process, learn from one another. A favorite event of many, it cultivates positive relationships across the organization and fosters an elevated sense of appreciation for the dedicated work it takes to keep our communities in pristine condition.

Community Team Appreciation Week Gathering: The celebrations ended on a high note with an all-company gathering. Community team members across MT received a special message from President, John Carlson, indulged in food and refreshments, and reveled in an evening filled with fun and games. While this day only serves as a small token of Mark-Taylor’s appreciation, we find it of great importance to take the time to say “thank you” to those who deserve it most.
