In celebration of our onsite teams, we are incredibly proud to have hosted our third annual Community Team Appreciation Week in Arizona and Nevada. This signature event brings our community and Corporate team members together for a week-long celebration focused on collaboration, camaraderie and above all, gratitude.  

Throughout the week, team-building activities, luncheons and company-wide events were organized – the highlights were our Service Days and the Celebration Days. 

During Service Day, Corporate team members partnered with Service and Facilities teams to tend to community maintenance tasks. This day served as a special opportunity for our team members to connect with one another, build meaningful relationships and foster a better understanding of what goes into our signature 5-star standard of service. 

Celebration Day closed out the week-long festivities – special remarks were given by operational leadership and all team members were invited to indulge in food, refreshments, fun, and games. Much loved by all, this final event provided our teams a chance to celebrate their outstanding efforts. 

By recognizing and celebrating the exceptional work of our onsite team members, Mark-Taylor continues to proudly uphold a familial culture built on teamwork and appreciation. As a people-first organization, we are incredibly grateful for all that our onsite team members do on a daily basis, and we look forward to being a part of their continued success at Mark-Taylor.
