Arizona State University and Mark-Taylor Residential are partnering to expand attainable housing opportunities as part of the Novus Innovation Corridor in Tempe.

 

Mira, the newest residential community within Novus, includes a number of units reserved for households that meet specific eligibility.

This initiative supports the broader Novus vision to create a sustainable and inclusive live–work–play community adjacent to ASU’s Tempe campus.

 

Qualified ASU faculty and staff may be eligible to lease these units, subject to verification by Mira property management. Interested individuals can contact the Mira leasing team directly to learn more about availability, eligibility criteria, and application requirements.
