The following discounted usage rates are available to Mark-Taylor residents and will be the direct responsibility of those residents when the desired services are utilized.

Through our exclusive Preferred Vendor Network we can arrange a: Carpet Cleaner, House Keeper, Pet Sitter, Car Detailer, Limousine, Town Car, Taxi, Party Planning, Date Planning, Gift Baskets, Floral Delivery, and anything else you can think of. We even assist with your Internet and cable if you like.
- Reservation Services (dinner, limo, cab, etc.).............................................................................. Included
Dinner, Limo, Cab, Hotel, Rental Car (delivered your property or a location of your choice), or even tickets to a show. If it can be reserved.... we can help. Need extra special attention for that special occasion? Leave it to us and we'll make it a night to remember.

Any simple request such as finding a day care, registering a child for school, finding a DMV, making phone calls, etc.
Errands off the property, such as picking up groceries, returning items to the store or general errand running, will be provided by a Southwest Concierge Personal Assistant (not the concierge) and are billed to the resident at $30.00/hr ($35.00/hr if a personal vehicle is used).
Our Preferred Vendor Referral Network is a network of service professionals and businesses that have partnered with Southwest Concierge to provide the best in quality services to our clients. All service vendors must meet a specific criteria, must be appropriately licensed and insured, must provide excellent references, and must be committed to providing the very best in customer service!
Some of our preferred vendors include: House Keeping, Carpet Shampooing, Plumbers, Electricians, Personal Chef's, Personal Trainer, Handy Man, Painter, Auto Mechanic, Mobile Car Detailing (they come to you), Pet Sitting, House Sitting, Floral Delivery, Baby Sitting Service, Nanny Service, Limos, Town Cars and Cabs......just to name a few.
Personal Assistant services are available for any service not included in the concierge service program. Personal Assistant services include any service requiring a dedicated individual on a specific task or tasks. Personal Assistant services include, but are not limited to, typing work, errand running, dinner party set-up / tear down, filing & office work, and more.
- Personal Assistant services are billed in 15-minute increments with a 2-hour minimum.
- Personal Assistant: $30.00 / hr
- Personal Assistant (with car): $35.00 / hr
- House Sitting Services: $25.00 / day
- Southwest Concierge will water the plants, feed the cat, let in the housekeeper, etc.
- Southwest Concierge will pick up the mail and hold it, have it forwarded or delivered to your suite in your absence.
Note: All fees quoted DO NOT include direct costs i.e., - if your request requires additional payment (e.g. cost of event tickets, tours, golfing fees, house sitting services, dry cleaning charges, etc.) After Hours requests are subject to a surcharge. |
