How does the service work? |

All inquiries and requests may be directed through the Mark-Taylor Personal Concierge Service, who may be reached for your convenience, six days a week, Mon.-Fri. 6.00am - 9.00pm and Sat. 7.00am-7.00pm (MST). As a Mark-Taylor resident, you are entitled to use the service as often as you wish, for the duration of your lease. Call your concierge for more details! |

Do I pay more by using the service? |

You DO NOT pay more for a product or service by directing your requests through us (refer to your Concierge Directory of Services for specific usage rates). Note: Residents are naturally responsible for direct costs incurred; if your requests require additional payment (e.g.: event tickets, tours, cleaning services, golfing fees etc.). |
