Mark-Taylor Residential Promotes Carlson

Scottsdale, AZ (December 23, 2004) – Mark-Taylor Residential has promoted John Carlson to Asset Manager. Carlson is responsible for the operational and financial performance of seven Mark-Taylor Residential Communities. The communities, totaling more than 1,800 units, include Courtney Village, Palladium, Palazzo, San Palmas, San Montego, San Cervantes and San Palacio.

Carlson previously served as the community manager at Ocotillo Springs and San Simeon, both Mark-Taylor managed properties. “John has demonstrated a commitment to customer service and developing high performance communities.
