Mark-Taylor Adds New Management Contract to its Portfolio
Chandler, Ariz. (September 8, 2006) -- Mark-Taylor Residential has earned the management contract for the San Tierra apartment community in Chandler, Arizona. The 284-unit property is located at 3939 West Windmills Boulevard, near Ray Road and McClintock, and is convenient to regional transportation corridors and major employment centers.

The owner of San Tierra, Balaclava Holdings Inc, toured another Mark-Taylor property and experienced first hand the Mark-Taylor culture of professionalism and excellence. That experience was a defined tipping point,” said Dale Phillips, President of Mark-Taylor Residential. The transition from the current property management company to Mark-Taylor will be led by Mark-Taylor vice president Robert Hicks.
Floor plans range from an 800 square foot one bedroom/one bath with walk-in closet to a 1,200 square foot 3 bedroom/two bath plan with a generous living room and dining room areas. Each apartment home is equipped with gourmet kitchens, individual security systems, full size washer and dryers, built-in microwaves, and corner fireplace with tile hearths.
