Mark-Taylor Wins Yet Another Apartment Management Contract
Club Cancun in Chandler Becomes a Mark-Taylor Property

Chandler, Ariz. (August 1 2006) – Mark-Taylor Residential has been retained by Parkman GW TR Etal to manage the Club Cancun Apartments in Chandler. The management team for this property is led by Kathleen Danuser, Mark-Taylor asset manager.

“This account will help us demonstrate to Phoenix multifamily owners how the Mark Taylor management philosophy produces optimum results regardless of age, size or level of apartment classification,” said Dale Phillips, President of Mark-Taylor Residential. The plan is to reposition the property delivering a higher level of service than was previously experienced at the community. Planned improvements include new pool furniture, a new look for the clubhouse, extensive landscaping, improved signage and lighting.

Club Cancun Apartments, located near the northwest corner of the 101 Freeway and Chandler Boulevard, features convenient freeway access, heated pool and spa, fully equipped fitness center, clubhouse with big screen TV, picnic ramadas and barbecues.  Chandler Fashion Square and Chandler Regional Hospital and numerous employers are located nearby.
