Mark-Taylor to Break Ground on New Apartment Community
Chandler, Ariz. (July 27, 2005) - Mark-Taylor Development, Arizona's largest developer of luxury
apartment communities, will break ground in August on a new luxury apartment community in Chandler.
This will mark the seventh Mark-Taylor community in Chandler which the company manages, and is the 23rd
community in the greater Phoenix area which is owned and/or managed by the Scottsdale-based company.
The gated community will be located at 1600 N. Arizona Avenue and will offer an array of luxurious
amenities such as an impressive clubhouse, sparkling resort pool, poolside cabana, lighted sand
volleyball court, and sophisticated fitness center. The community will also offer the signature
Mark-Taylor Personal Concierge Service that offers such services as VIP nightclub access, wake-up calls,
travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, event ticket procurement and more.
The apartment homes will be well appointed with cherry finish cabinetry, deluxe GE black appliances,
ceramic tile in the entry, kitchen and baths, and walk-in closets.
The first of the 220 units will be available for lease next Spring.
The design and construction is being done by Mark-Taylor Development. The management of the community
will be done by Mark-Taylor Residential. Both entities are subsidiaries of Mark-Taylor, Inc.
