Mark-Taylor Continues Growth in Third Party Management
Adds Chandler Property to Portfolio
Chandler, Ariz. (May 10, 2007) – Mark-Taylor Residential has added third property in less than a month to its management arsenal, bringing its property total to 24 apartment communities in the greater Phoenix area. The company is aggressively growing the asset management side of the business by deploying a successful team approach to managing properties, including asset managers, sales and training, marketing and public relations, and a comprehensive resident retention program including thorough and responsive maintenance teams.
San Ventura, located at 3600 West Ray Road in Chandler, is the ninth Chandler property in the Mark-Taylor offerings. Ironically, this property was originally built by Mark-Taylor in 1995 and sold in 1997 to another owner. The 272-unit community features one, two and three bedroom apartment homes ranging in square footage from 921 to more than 1,400 square feet. Prices begin in the mid $800’s. The spacious interiors feature full size washer and dryers in each home, plus nine-foot ceilings and walk-in closets. The community offers a clubhouse with kitchen, billiards and plasma TV’s, a 24/7 fitness center with saunas, two lagoon-style pools and space, lighted sand volleyball courts and free wi-fi in the common area.
Located convenient to the Loop 101 and 1-10 freeways, San Ventura is minutes from Intel, Chandler Fashion Center and plenty of restaurants, retail and shopping experiences.
The property is owned by ColRich Group, based out of San Diego, California. ColRich Group also owns the Santa Rosa apartment community in Phoenix, which Mark-Taylor also manages.
